All items in my shop ship First Class to the US and Canada for a low fee of $3.95.


I am happy to ship international via First Class International Post for $11.00.


If you would like an item shipped Priority or another faster service, please contact me prior to purchase.




International orders typically take 1-3 weeks for delivery, but can take up to 4-5 weeks if the are held in Customs. If you are ordering for a specific event or gift, please allow enough time for the item to be made and enough time for shipment.


The total price of your item includes the item price and shipping only. It does not include any duties or VAT. If you are charged a customs fee or VAT, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay these fees to your customs office.


In most countries, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Please know your country’s policy before placing your order.


The rules differ in every country, making it impossible for me to know the rules, regulations, customs, or rulings of every single country.


I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. I want all my customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase!!

Request a CANCELLATION within 24 hours of purchase

All returned products must be in their original condition. Please contact me within 7 days you get the order. I will issue a credit to your PayPal account after I receive the returned products.

Ship items back within 7 days of delivery.

The items must be returned in the original box and with the original packing material within 3 business days of receiving the jewelry. Once Our Earthly Treasures receives the jewelry back, I will refund customer what they paid MINUS any shipping charges. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask via the contact form on my shop.

BUYERS are responsible for RETURN shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I take my shop very seriously and try my hardest to make your buying experience with me 100% positive.

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your transaction, I would appreciate you contacting me prior to leaving feedback. I can’t resolve something that I don’t know about.
